Specific deliverables, materials, and timelines are defined in the written agreement for each project.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Any quote or estimate provided by Living House Luxe is based on information available at the time it is prepared. Final pricing may change if project scope, site conditions, or material selections change. A written contract or change order will document any adjustments before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require an initial deposit with progress payments at defined milestones. Work may pause if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

5. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit approvals, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly.

6. Permits & Compliance

Living House Luxe will obtain required permits where applicable and perform work in compliance with applicable codes and regulations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Materials & Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you where applicable. Living House Luxe provides a workmanship warranty on completed work as described in your project agreement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications by others are not covered.

8. Home Loan & Warranty Assistance

Our home loan and warranty assistance service helps connect you with third-party lenders and warranty providers and guides you through the paperwork. Living House Luxe is not a lender or insurer. Loan approval, interest rates, and warranty coverage are determined solely by the relevant third parties, and we make no guarantees regarding their decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Living House Luxe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
